  2. We are a cloud-based suite of software solutions available via our website (our “Website“) located at fidulegal.com and subdomains ending with fidulegal.com that we make available (the “Service“).

  4. Publicly accessible blogs. Our Website includes publicly accessible blogs or community forums. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.

Certain data is further secured through encryption mechanisms encrypted with customer-specific encryption keys. Any payment transactions will be encrypted in transit using SSL technology. Subscribers should not share their password with anyone.

  1. The Service is not directed at persons under 16 and we do not intend to collect personal information from children under 16 in our capacity as a controller.
